If you are looking for information about your Thermomix®, or are not sure about one of the functions, then you are in the right place. Our technical centre and a team of experts, based in the UK, are always happy to help. 

Please remember, Thermomix® may only be repaired by an authorised Vorwerk repair centre. Thermomix® may only be used with official Vorwerk spare parts, never use Thermomix® in combination with parts or equipment not made by Vorwerk. Failure to comply with the above provisions will void your warranty.

At Vorwerk, we only offer products and accessories which meet the highest of standards, and your Thermomix® is no different. When you purchase your Thermomix® it comes with a 2 year domestic warranty and a 1 year commercial warranty allowing you to focus on the cooking. In the unlikely event of a defect simply call our Customer Care team and we’ll be happy to help.
