Showcasing recipes from 10 Thermomix® Recipe Communities around the world, this collection of 100 dishes was written for TM31 users, and can also be used with TM5.

The recipes are compiled from a competition that each community held. Recipes were selected, then tried and tested by both home users and a panel of local experts, with the best of the best then being chosen to be included in the book.
