This Vorwerk company was founded in 1974 under the name Hygienic Service as a commercial cleaning provider. After continually expanding its product range, HECTAS is now a highly professional supplier of facility management services throughout Europe and is one of the most successful companies in its sector.

HECTAS is a reliable partner for clients requiring all kinds of facility management services, from commercial cleaning, garden maintenance and winter safety services through to security and caretaker services.

The HECTAS Facility Management unit posted a turnover of €188 million in 2006. HECTAS has 60 branches and over 11,500 employees in Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Hungary and France.
